Kelly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and holds a Master of Nutrition Science from University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine and Food & Culinary Professionals practice groups of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Kelly is also a member of the Denver Dietetic Association. Kelly's passion is culinary nutrition and she believes in the power of "food as medicine."
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of San Diego. Before pursuing her passion for nutrition, Kelly worked for Levy Restaurants in Chicago, where she focused on the experiential aspects of and brand strategy for food venues in a range of settings, from iconic sports stadiums to fine-dining restaurants.
Kelly enjoys cooking, traveling the world, and exploring the outdoors by hiking and skiing!

I enjoy sharing health discoveries from my own nutrition journey, my global culinary palate, and world travels with my clients. I’m a firm believer in “food as medicine.” As a non-diet dietitian, I enjoy helping clients reach their health goals while celebrating the flavors of food through cooking, shopping, and planning. I’d be honored to help you elevate your health through the power of food!
Kelly's Personal Nutrition Journey
My food adventure started at a young age, experimenting with a variety of the trending yo-yo diets (albeit none very sustainable). After my undergraduate studies, I landed in Chicago, started working long hours, and “fell off the nutrition bandwagon.” It was then that I was empowered to find a way to “elevate” my own health. A creature of routine, I took a huge leap of faith and left a promising career in food service consulting to pursue my Masters in Nutrition Science to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Four intensely inspiring and challenging academic years and copious cups of green tea later, my passion became a reality.
My goal is that my personal story to elevated health serves as an inspiration to others and that I serve as a guide to those on a health journey. Change certainly isn’t easy, but it’s attainable and worth the feeling of peak wellness!
